Hi Monica,
I am happy I found your blog. Our styles are definitely similar, and I am also undergoing a transformation of sorts after a lackluster end of last year which paralyzed me from anything creative - including blogging and gardening. Here's to a healthy transformation for both of us! If you are curious, my blog lives at cuisinexplorers.com
Cheers!

Hello Monica,

I just moved into T'afia's neighborhood & I can't wait to visit the farmer's market & eat at the restaurant. I hope to make it to your cooking classses some Saturdays as well. Until I can do those three things, I will peruse your blog for inspiration!

Many thanks,

I happened upon your restaurant the other day. I was so intrigued by the market out front, the line of people waiting to eat inside, and you out front, cooking away in front of an eager crowd. I wrote an article for my blog and highlighted your restaurant. I also write for an online foodie magazine called "Honest Cooking (HonestCooking.com). Let me know if it is o.k. with you that I submit this article to the magazine.

What a wonderful woman you are. I've always admired you as a chef (from day one). I've followed you professionally and worked nearby Boulevard Bistrot at one point in time.

Now, I get to see so many different levels of who you are; mom, entrepreneur, chef, local food advocate and a really cool person.

I appreciate your raw honesty. You've shown us who you are and I"m glad to of it.

I do love your latest post. It sounds like something I would do (or atleast want to) to some clients when they are in my restaurant. BRAVO!!!

Dear Monica,

I missed your blogs so much because they made me feel as if I could make anything taste good and I could actually understand what I was doing for a change. They made me laugh because so often I felt the same frustrations and joys. I so appreciated your honesty about the food, creation, and yourself. I'm really glad you're back.
