LOCAL FOOD CHOICES = HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES

When you buy local fruits & vegetables from farmer’s markets, you are getting food that is:

  • Higher in nutrition
  • Whole & Unprocessed
  • Better Tasting, Full of Flavor

To bring local into your life:

  • Make at least two “local” meals a week
  • Start from scratch – reduce amount of processed products you use
  • Keep it simple, focus on flavor
